Deleting your account:

If for any reason, you ever want to delete your account (or your Child’s account, if you are his or her Parent), you can do that at any time by contacting us at our email provided below or through our mobile app.

When a subscribed “child user” deletes his/her account, he will lose his subscription too. No refunds will be provided in such scenario.

When a subscribed “parent user” deletes his/her account, he will lose all subscriptions for all the children associated with his account too. No refunds will be provided in such scenario either.

When you delete your account, we delete your profile information and any other content you provide in your profile (such as your screenname, password, email address, payment info and profile photos). However, for taxation & accounting purposes, we will retain your name and subscription details.  

 

Acceptance of the policy:
