Deleting Your Account
We understand that circumstances may arise where you decide to delete your account. To ensure a smooth process, we’ve outlined our account deletion policy below.

Consequences of Deleting your Account
If for any reason, you ever want to delete your account from Gabha website or App (or your Child’s account, if you are his or her Parent), will result in the following:

  • When a Free Trial User deletes his/her account, he loses access to the system using those login credentials.
  • When a subscribed “child user” deletes his/her account, he will lose access to the system and his subscription too. No refunds will be provided in such scenario.
  • When a subscribed “parent user” deletes his/her account, he will lose access to the system and subscriptions for all the children associated with his account too. No refunds will be provided in such scenario.

How to Delete an Account

  • Initiating Deletion from Web
    Currently we do not support Account login or deletion from the website.
  • Initiating Deletion from App
    • Log in to your account
    • Go to Profile page
    • Click the “Delete Account” button
  • Confirmation
    • A confirmation prompt will appear
    • Confirm your decision to delete the account

Data Retention
When you delete your account, we delete your profile information and any other content you provide in your profile (such as your screenname, password, email address, payment info and profile photos). However, for taxation & accounting purposes, we will retain your name, phone number and subscription details.
